Essentials

Essentials offers a full-body Reformer workout designed to develop strength, control, and coordination. Suitable for those who have grasped the fundamentals, this class builds on the basics while introducing more variety and flow into your practice.

Our instructors will refine your technique while increasing challenge. Expect a balanced class that will leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more energised.

Elevate

We recommend you complete 6-8 Essential classes before coming to Elevate.

 

Ready to take your practice further? Elevate builds on the foundations learned in Essentials and introduces more dynamic sequences, advanced variations, and greater intensity.

With a strong focus on core strength, control, and endurance, this class is designed to challenge your body and deepen your Reformer practice. Expect faster transitions, added pulses, and more complex movements to push your strength and stability to the next level.

Energy

Energy is a dynamic Reformer Pilates class that builds on the foundations of our Essentials & Elevate classes while introducing the jumpboard for an energising, low-impact cardio element.

Expect a full-body workout that combines strength, control, and endurance through flowing Reformer sequences and rhythmic jumpboard intervals. This class is designed to elevate your heart rate while maintaining the core principles of Pilates – precision, control, and alignment.

Suitable for clients who are comfortable with the Reformer and looking to add a more energetic and athletic dimension to their practice.
