Can I use the Intro Pass more than once?
Intro passes are strictly one per person, if you purchase under another profile this will be refunded.
How much does a class cost?
Our class pricing varies depending if you would like to drop-in, buy in bulk or become a member.
More information about class prices can be found on our Pricing page.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring fair access to all our members.
Due to the limited number of reformers, we have a 8 hour cancellation notice. We kindly ask that you cancel any class you cannot attend in advance - this can be managed from your account on web and in the app.
If you cancel in under 8 hours, the class credit is forfeited. This is for any cancellation reason including those around day-to-day fluctuations but not limited to, sickness, injury, traffic, work/school event changes and transportation issues.
Should you not cancel and not show, there is £5.00 charge on top.
Detailed Member T&Cs can all be found here. You will be asked to tick T&Cs with every purchase.

We also offer 1:1 PT classes should you require a more bespoke personalised workout - please contact the studio for more details at contact@thepilateslabstudio.com

Anything you feel comfortable moving in! We’d recommend opting for clothing that isn’t too loose just so it doesn’t get stuck in the moving machinery but most comfy clothes/workout clothes are perfect!
Members must attend sessions wearing socks - or will need to purchase at reception. Outside footwear is to be removed in the reception area before entry to the studio.
Do you have parking?
Kingston Road: Free parking available in front of the studio. Residential with 2min walk.
Epsom High Street: Paid public car parks are at closest distance. Residential with 5-10min walk.
How does the waitlist work?

Do you offer private studio hire?
Whether you’re planning a corporate gathering, a birthday celebration, or a lively hen party, we’ve got you covered. The room can be built around what's important to you, want to add balloons, choose your playlist, have a cake or finish the class with a glass of prosecco? We are here to help to create memorable experiences, bespoke to any occasion through private hire of our Studio. Enquire at contact@thepilateslab.com.
Can I attend pregnant?
If you are pregnant, congratulations! Every pregnancy journey is different, and we ask that you consult your doctor before exercising and let our trainer know before the class begins.
Following sign-off, you may attend group sessions until 14 weeks. After the second trimester, you will be able to participate in our Expecting classes - a gentle, supportive class where we focus on safe, supportive movement to build strength, improve posture, and release tension. You can, of course, attend these classes at any point in your pregnancy if that's what works best for you.
You also have the option to try personal training/ private sessions if you'd prefer. Each recovery is different and we ask you have your doctors approval before returning to exercise after pregnancy.
Members hereby personally accept any and all risks associated with participating in exercise classes at the Studio. Full terms outlined here.
Can I have my mobile in class?
We prefer you take the time out to focus on yourself during class and eliminate any distraction for you and others around you. Under each reformer we have storage for your belongings, and additional storage within the cloakroom for larger bags.
Do you offer 1:1/2:1 personal training?
Based on instructor availability. You can work with one of our qualified and experienced Pilates trainers who will tailor the exercises to your needs and preferences, and help you progress at your own pace and level. A one-on-one Pilates class can also help you prevent or recover from injuries, improve your posture and alignment, and increase your confidence and motivation. Enquire within.
