At our female owned Pilates studio in Epsom, Surrey, we understand just how important it is to feel safe, supported, and confident throughout your journey into motherhood. Founded by a new mum, our studio is built on real experience, care, and a deep understanding of the changing body during pregnancy and beyond.
All of our instructors are trained with specialist pre and postnatal Pilates education, rooted in the latest research. We believe that movement during pregnancy and postpartum shouldn’t feel restrictive or overwhelming — it should feel safe and empowering.
Our classes focus on pelvic floor health, core strength, posture, and functional movement, helping you build confidence in your body in a calm, supportive environment.

Expecting (prenatal)
Expecting is a gentle yet strengthening Reformer class designed specifically for mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.
This supportive class focuses on safe and effective movement to help maintain strength, improve posture, and reduce common pregnancy discomforts. Through controlled exercises and mindful breathing, you’ll feel more balanced, supported, and prepared for the journey into motherhood while connecting with others experiencing the same stage of life.

Embody (Postnatal)
Postnatal/ Parent & Baby class
Embody is a supportive postnatal Reformer class designed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth.
The class focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and restoring stability through slow, controlled movements on the Reformer. With a strong emphasis on safe recovery and mindful movement, Embody will help you regain confidence in your body while gently rebuilding strength and balance.
Suitable once you have received medical clearance to return to exercise.
Babies who are pre-crawling age are welcome to join.
